Payrun Update

Updating a payrun is a mandatory step which performs several functions:

  • The payrun data is saved into history.
  • Employees' Year to Datevalues are updated with the payrun figures.
  • Employees' leave balances are increased/decreased as required.

To perform an update

Once all errors have been corrected you will be taken to the Update screen.


  1. Click Update to begin updating.
  2. The progress bar shows the update proceeding.
  3. When complete, click Next to proceed.
